This year’s Festival Bingo Theme is….Father Lalo’s Favorite Things! We asked Father Lalo about his hobbies and interests - his answers are going to be the Bingo prizes. Please donate some items to help the Parish get to know our new Pastor. Requesting gift cards for Chipotle, Panda Express, Chick-fil-a, Longhorn, any taco place, Italian food, Krispy Kreme, book stores or movies. Other suggestions: Coffee gift baskets, Snack baskets with chips & salsa, chocolate, peanuts, Griddles with accessories like pancake mixes and syrups. Soccer Balls, Remote Control cars.

RUMMAGE SALE

We are in need of good household items. We need furniture, working appliances, office items, toys, jewelry, flower arrangements, ornaments, home decor, pictures, wall hangings, sporting equipment, hunting and fishing items, garden things, outside furniture that is not broken or torn, tools and garden tools are always welcome and sell well. Towels, and linens that are in good condition. Kitchen gadgets, china, crystal, dishes, and holiday ornaments too.

Please no old electronics, no computers, no clothes or shoes, no mattresses. Please ensure all donations are unbroken and clean. Tax receipts are available upon request.

We will be collecting every Sunday from 10 am until noon starting Aug. 28 in the main parking lot. Also we need volunteers to help us in this endeavor and it would be much appreciated, just show up ready to help!

LIVE & SILENT AUCTION

We need your help!!! We are looking for exciting items for the live auction. Fishing and Hunting Trips, weekend getaways, homemade knives, guns, chainsaws, quilts....The list goes on and on, but these are just a few items we've had in the past. Maybe you've seen something at an auction and thought wow, what a great idea. We are relying on your generosity and ideas to make this the best live auction we've ever had!

BAKE SHOP

The Bake Shop Booth needs your help with donations of both goodies and your time. We depend on your generosity! Baked goods may be dropped off at the Bake Shop Booth across from St. John Hall from 7am to 3pm on the day of the festival.

THE FESTIVAL PLANT BOOTH

Even in our extreme heat plants grow! So please begin to repot, pamper and then share with the festival plant booth. All varieties needed, nothing is too small or too large - aloe, ivy, Katie petunias, fig tree cutting etc., include seeds in labeled envelopes, create a hanging basket. Drop off at our “Under the Tree” location on Oct. 9th. In addition, if you are crafty and have yard art, we would love to have it. Old yard art? Need repainting? Just want to donate, great -- we will refurbish.
